- Amps, volts, PF, kW and kWh.
- Intake air temp and relative humidity.
- Intake cooling water temp.
- Cylinder wise exhaust temp.
- Turbocharger RPM.
- Charge air pressure.
- Cooling water temp before and after charge air cooler.
- Stack gas temp before and after turbocharger.
Attach % engine loading Vs fuel consumption curve (grams/BHP) supplied by OEM
Pl. state whether rectifier/ thyristor loads, wielding loads, furnace loads are
attached to DG.
Whether there is unbalanced load on A.C Generator? If yes whether the maximum unbalanced load between phases is more than 10% of the capacity?
How do you do the load sequencing for handling transient load ?
Attach manufacturer data/ technical leaflet wherever possible.
